The harvest started on the 20th of September, 2 weeks skin maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation, then aged for 2.5 years in 15 years old barriques. The wine displays aromas of cassis, redcurrant, nettle, black elderflower. Very expressive, refined and elegant. The acidity is very well integrated and balanced. It will age beautifully in the coming years.
