Yamazaki 18 years old (1x70cl)

An 18 year old single malt from Suntory's Yamazaki distillery near Kyoto, and one of the bottles people in Hong Kong actually keep an eye out for. If you need a gift that doesn't need explaining at the dinner table, this is usually the one that gets picked up.

Mid-Autumn, a client dinner, a boss who already has everything, or just a bottle you open slowly over a few months. Neat or with one big ice cube, no need to overthink it.

Tasting notes

Long-aged Japanese single malt typically leans into dried fruit, sandalwood and a touch of sweet spice, with a smooth, slightly dry finish. Rich rather than loud.
