Soju, Korea's everyday spirit.

Two different things share the name. Traditional soju is distilled from rice, wheat or barley and usually sits between 20% and 45% ABV. The green-bottle soju most people know is diluted neutral spirit, often around 16% to 20%, frequently sweetened and sold flavoured. Both are on this page; the ABV on the label is the quickest way to tell which you are holding.
