Wolfberger Signature Riesling 2022 (1x75cl)

Wolfberger is an Alsace producer, and Riesling is the grape the region is best known for. Alsace Riesling is usually made dry, with the grape's natural high acidity front and centre.

Good one to keep in the fridge for sushi night, steamed fish, or even a spicy Thai takeout — the acidity cuts through it all.
