Tenuta Ulisse Pecorino Terre Di Chieti IGP 2024 (1x75cl)

Pecorino here is a white grape from central Italy, not the cheese — worth saying because the name catches people out. It grows in Abruzzo and the surrounding hills, and it tends to make dry whites with decent body rather than thin, forgettable ones.

Tasting notes

Pecorino typically shows citrus, pear and a herbal, almost saline note, dry with fresh acidity and a bit more weight than most light Italian whites. Usually best served around 8-10°C.
