Seña is a Bordeaux-style blend from the Aconcagua Valley in Chile, and this 2014 has had more than ten years in bottle. That age is the reason to pick this one over a younger vintage: the edges have had time to settle down.

Decant it and give it a good half hour. It handles a proper meal well, and a bottle with over a decade behind it is an easy gift for a client dinner or a Mid-Autumn gathering.
