Quinta da Sequeira Vintage Port - 20 Years (1x75cl)

A fortified Port from the Douro valley in Portugal, aged 20 years as the name states. Sweet, warming and strong enough that a small glass goes a long way, so a bottle keeps for a good while after opening.

This is the one you bring out after the plates are cleared, with cheese, dark chocolate or nuts. Also an easy Mid-Autumn or year-end gift for someone who prefers sweet over dry.

Tasting notes

Port with this much age typically shows dried fig, raisin, caramel and a nutty, slightly spiced character, with sweetness balanced by the spirit. Usually good lightly chilled.
