Pfeiffer Durif 2018 (1x75cl)

Durif is Rutherglen's signature grape - thick-skinned, deeply coloured, and built for warm-climate ripeness. Pfeiffer's version is a solid pick if you want something bigger and darker than a standard Shiraz.

Good with red meat off the grill, or a hearty stew on a cooler Hong Kong evening.

Tasting notes

Rutherglen Durif typically shows dark plum, blackberry, and mocha notes, with dense tannin and a warm, full-bodied finish.
