Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin (1x70cl)

A gin from Galicia, on Spain's Atlantic north-west coast, a cooler and greener corner of the country than most people picture when they think Spain. Nordés has become a familiar name on bar backs for good reason.

It's straightforward to use: tall glass, plenty of ice, good tonic, done. The bottle also looks the part on a shelf, so it works as a gift for someone who drinks gin at home or as the one bottle you bring to a dinner where nobody planned the drinks.

Tasting notes

Gin in this style usually reads aromatic and floral-leaning rather than heavily juniper-driven, with a soft, clean finish. Serve cold with lots of ice and a neutral tonic so the aromatics stay in front.
