Dassai 39 Junmai Daiginjo (1x180cl)

Dassai is made by Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi, and the 39 refers to the share of each rice grain left after polishing (39%) — a higher polish that usually gives a cleaner, more fragrant sake. It's one of the better-known Junmai Daiginjo styles available in Hong Kong.

A great gift for Mid-Autumn or a client dinner, and a good match for sashimi, sushi, or light seafood.
