Don Papa 10 Year Old is an aged rum from the Philippines, and ten years in barrel puts it in sipping territory rather than mixer duty. It is the bottle you reach for after dinner when nobody wants to open more wine.

Pour it neat, over one big cube, or into an old fashioned if the night is going that way. It also travels well as a gift for someone who already has more whisky than shelf space.

Tasting notes

Aged rum of this style usually shows vanilla, brown sugar, dried tropical fruit and a warm, sweet-edged finish. Try it neat first at room temperature, then add ice if you prefer.
