Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Maranges 1er cru Clos De La Boutiere Rouge 2022 (1x75cl)

Maranges sits at the southern end of the Cote de Beaune, which is where people go looking for red Burgundy that doesn't cost as much as the famous villages up the road. Pinot Noir here is usually brighter and more red-fruited than heavy.

Serve it slightly cool, around 15 degrees, not room temperature in a Hong Kong summer. Lovely with roast duck, char siu, mushroom dishes, or just a quiet dinner at home. Free delivery over HK$800, flat HK$80 below that.
