Californian Cabernet Sauvignon typically shows blackcurrant, black cherry and cassis with vanilla, sweet spice and sometimes a chocolate or mocha note from new oak. Body is usually full with rounded tannins. Decant thirty to sixty minutes and serve around 17-18°C.
