This blended rosé (2021 base with 70% reserve wine) is born from the marriage of Meunier (80%) and Chardonnay (20%), including 6% red wine. This deep salmon pink champagne is highly elegantwith red fruits and floral notes.In the mouth, it is fresh and ample with a delicate vivacity,its mouth-watering aromas stem from grapes that are carefully selected for their sweetness and then vinified as red wine.Dosage 6g/ litre. Disgorged in July 2023.
