Bramito del Cervo is the unoaked Chardonnay from Castello della Sala in Umbria, an estate owned by the Antinori family. 2024 is a young, recently released vintage.

A fresher, lighter style than the estate's oaked Chardonnay, Cervaro della Sala.

Tasting notes

Unoaked Italian Chardonnay usually shows green apple and citrus with a crisp, clean finish, without the vanilla or buttery notes oak would add. Best served well chilled.
