Caiarossa is made in Tuscany's Alta Maremma, usually blending Bordeaux and Rhône grape varieties rather than sticking to Sangiovese alone.

A good choice for a dinner that calls for something structured, or a gift for someone who enjoys exploring Tuscany beyond the usual Chianti.
