Tasting notes

Rosé Champagne typically shows wild strawberry, raspberry and a little red cherry, with the bready, biscuity note that comes from time on the lees. Usually dry rather than sweet, with brisk acidity. Chill it properly in the fridge for a few hours and serve in a normal wine glass rather than a narrow flute.
