Dassai 23 Umeshu 獺祭 二割三分仕込 梅酒 (1x72cl)

Plum liqueur made with Dassai 23 junmai daiginjo as the base, from Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi. The sake base is the point here - it keeps things cleaner and lighter than the syrupy umeshu most people grew up with.
