コレクション: Italy Sparkling
Italy's sparkling wines, which cover more ground than Prosecco alone.
The two methods. Prosecco takes its bubbles in a pressurised tank, which is quick and keeps the wine fruity and light — a good-value bottle for a crowd. Franciacorta is made the Champagne way, in the bottle, with years on the lees, and drinks like a serious wine rather than an aperitif. Moscato d'Asti is lightly sparkling, low in alcohol and sweet; Lambrusco is the red one, and dry versions exist.
