使用了日本名水百選之一的別府弁天池湧水，配上更適合作火入れ低溫殺菌的酵母，讓殺菌後的作品保留更多優美特質，之後再在藏內經過了大約半年熟成，讓口感變得圓潤柔和，帶晴王提子、完熟蘋果及夕張蜜瓜般的濃郁水果香氣，優雅的甜味、酸味、輕輕的礦物感、與來自山田錦的米旨味道層層交疊出濃郁而複雜的味道，帶出了深沉而悠長的餘韻，非常適合配上如秋刀魚或甘栗等秋季食材享用，亦非常建議大家嘗試將其加熱享用呢。
